Returning Merchandise
PennStateClothes.com and The Family Clothesline will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise returned (postmarked) within 30 days from the date printed on the receipt. Before
you return any merchandise, please read PennStateClothes.com's Terms and Conditions for returns.
Once you have read our terms and conditions, please print out a copy of the PennStateClothes.com's Return Form
and follow the directions provided on the form.

Holiday Returns and Exchanges
Any purchases made after the second Monday in November will have until the third Wednesday in January to return for a full refund. Redeeming Your Gift Card Online
In order to redeem your Gift Card online, you are required to enter your credit card information in the Payment Method Section. The 16 digit gift card number and 4 digit pin number on the the back of your gift card should be entered in the special instructions section on the check out page. PennStateClothes.com will only charge your credit card what the gift card does not cover. If the gift card covers the full amount of your order, then the credit card listed will not be charged.

PennStateClothes.com operates Monday-Friday 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. and uses UPS for delivery. PennStateClothes.com and UPS do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. Most orders leave our downtown State College location the business day after your order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a courtesy e-mail from UPS with your tracking number. If there happens to be a problem with your order, a PennStateClothes.com employee will call or e-mail you. If you have not received your order after a week, please call us at 1-(888)237-1946 [ext: 4].
To reduce the chance of your order being delayed, please enter the credit card's proper billing address. Customers may have their order shipped anywhere within the United States and Canada by simply changing the "Ship To" address during the checkout process. PennStateClothes.com will not be held responsible for any delay that is caused by an incorrect billing address. All international credit cards must be verified before your order can be processed and shipped.
Shipping Methods
UPS Ground- Depending on location, time in transit varies between 1 and 5 business days. For a more accurate time frame, please check out the UPS map provided below.
UPS Next Day Air- This method will have the package delivered within 1 business day by 12:00 p.m.
UPS Next Day Air Saver - This method will have the package delivered within 1 business day by UPS' end of day.
UPS 2nd Day Air - This method will have the package delivered within 2 business day by UPS' end of day.
UPS 3 Day Select - This method will have the package delivered within 3 business day by UPS' end of day.
Orders must be placed by 10 a.m. EST for same day shipping. Orders placed after 10a.m. EST will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping Orders within the United States
Depending on stock availability, we can also ship Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Three Day Select. These shipping methods are available during the checking out process, located under the "Shipping Methods" drop-down tab. Orders placed online before 10 a.m. will be shipped same day, and the orders placed online after 10 a.m. will be shipped the following business day.

2012 Free Shipping Terms and Conditions
We heard our customers loud and clear! Now through the end of the year we will be offering free shipping on orders over $50! You do not need a coupon, the shipping will be removed automatically once you hit $50.
Terms and Conditions
-No coupon required to receive free shipping.
-Free shipping applies to UPS Ground Shipping only. UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Canadian Standard do not qualify for free shipping.
-The order's subtotal must reach $50 for the free shipping to apply.
-Free shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping charges will be added to orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
-Shipping charges will not be retroactively discounted.
Picking Up Your Order in our Downtown Location
As an added convenience, we also offer an "In-Store Pick Up" option for those of you who will be in town and wish to save on shipping. Orders placed before 10 a.m. will be ready that day, orders placed after 10 a.m. will be ready the following business day. Orders placed after 10a.m. on Friday will not be ready until Monday. Once your order is ready to be picked up, a member of the PennStateClothes.com service team will give you a call or send you an email.
Shipping Orders to Canada
Together with UPS, PennStateClothes.com can ship your order to Canada with a quick transit time and a low cost to you. With the E-Brokerage from UPS, our Canadian Customers will be charged an entry preparation fee of only $10.00 CAD as long as UPS is the Broker and the value of the duty is less then $200 CAD. Additionally, by selecting UPS as your broker, the bond fee and COD fee will be waived completely. Below is a Brokerage Service Chart that reflects the brokerage cost of shipping to Canada.
