Shipping Policy
PennStateClothes.com offers free Economy shipping on all orders over $50 within the US!* There is no coupon necessary to receive free shipping; just select the Economy method during checkout. *International orders do not qualify for free shipping
PennStateClothes.com operates Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm, and uses Fedex, UPS, and USPS for delivery. The majority of our orders ship from our downtown State College, PA, location within 48 hours of being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a courtesy e-mail with your tracking number. If there happens to be a problem with your order, you will receive an email or telephone call from a member of our team to resolve any issues that may have arisen.
To reduce the chance of your order being delayed, please enter the credit card's proper billing address. PennStateClothes.com will not be held responsible for any delay that is caused by an incorrect billing address. All international credit cards must be verified before your order can be processed and shipped. If there is an issue with your order, you will be contacted via e-mail. Please check spam and junk folders as well.
PennStateClothes.com is NOT responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect information and will not issue refunds due to weather conditions or other unforeseen events and occurrences once the package has been shipped.
Signature Required Shipments
Orders over $500 will be shipped via FedEx Ground with an indirect signature required, at no additional cost.
If you would like to forgo the signature, please put a request in the Order Comments box. If you choose to decline the signature, we will not be liable to replace or refund the order should a claim be denied by FedEx.
Indirect signature required (ISR) FedEx may release the package in one of three ways:
• Obtaining a signature from someone at the delivery address.
• Acquiring a signature from a neighbor, building manager, or other person at a neighboring address.
• Gaining authorization from the recipient to release the package without anyone present.
Explanation of Shipping Methods Offered
Please note that all shipping timelines are based off ship date, not order date. We typically process most orders within 1-2 business days.
- Economy- This method will have the package delivered between 2 to 8 business days.
- Ground- This method will have the package delivered between 1 to 5 business days.
- Overnight- This method will have your package delivered within one (1) business day of being shipped.
- 2 Day Ship- This method will have your package delivered within two (2) business days of being shipped.
- 3 Day Ship- This method will have your package delivered within three (3) business days of being shipped.
- INTERNATIONAL - This method ships via USPS. With this option, international orders may take between 3- 21 business days depending on the destination of the package and the shipping method selected. Please see below for further details.

IN STORE PICK UP- With this method, we will have your order pulled and waiting for you at our downtown State College location after at least 1 business day from when your order was placed (Please note: we do not process orders over the weekend). We will hold your order at our store for at least 14 days to be picked up. If you do not pick up your order within the 14 days, we may cancel your order and return your merchandise.
- You will receive two (2) e-mails from us. The first email is your confirmation email that states your order was received. This DOES NOT mean your order is ready for pick up. The second email will let you know that your order is ready for pick-up and will include instructions on how to proceed.
- Orders placed online with this service on Friday (after 2pm) through Sunday will not be processed until Monday.
- In Store Pick Up Instructions:
- Walk up to the front register and provide us with the first and last name on the order. Please have the order number and/or confirmation email on hand in case there are any difficulties with locating your order.
PO Boxes and Military Address
P.O. Boxes and Military AA/AE/AP addresses can only be shipped out via our Economy shipping method. If you choose any other shipping option, you will be contacted for a new address. If you do not respond to our attempts to reach out, we will ship the order out via Economy shipping and will process a refund for any price differences.
Shipping Orders Internationally
International orders are not eligible for any free shipping promotions or offers
The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, or customs fees, which may be charged upon delivery. Our prices do not account for any international import charges or taxes.
By placing an international order, the customer agrees to pay any customs/duties/VAT taxes upon receipt of their package.
We will not provide refunds for unexpected shipping problems due to delayed customs processing or incorrect address issues.
