Refund policy

All Player NIL Jersey sales are final. We will not accept NIL jerseys back for a return or exchange. Any NIL jerseys sent back to us will be marked for Return to Sender and shipped back out. If you are experiencing an issue with your NIL jersey, please call us at 888-237-1946 ext. 2.

PennStateClothes.com and The Family Clothesline will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise returned (postmarked) within 90 days from the date printed on the receipt/invoice. Before you return any merchandise, please read PennStateClothes.com's Terms and Conditions for returns. Once you have read our terms and conditions, please follow the directions provided below.

 

Cancelling Orders

Cancellation requests can be made up until an order has been fulfilled. To cancel an order/item, login to your customer account here. Select the order/items that you would like to cancel and submit the cancellation request. Our team will respond to the request within one business day. Some items, such as custom NIL jerseys, may not be eligible for cancellation if the item has already been put into production.

 

Return/Exchange Estimated Timeframe

Online Purchases - Steps for Returning/Exchanging Merchandise

  1. Visit our return portal here.
  2. Enter your email or zip code, along with your order or tracking number and click Search.
  3. Find the order/items you want to return/exchange and input your reason for returning. You will also have the option of requesting exchange items.
  4. Either print your own label and drop off with the indicated shipping carrier or receive a QR code to bring the package to a drop off location.

   

Online Purchases – Return/Exchange Policy

1.)    Orders that were placed using Checkout+ will be issued a free return label. Customers that did not opt-in for Checkout+ will be issued a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from the total refund amount. Exchanges for non-checkout+ orders may require an additional payment for the provided return label.

2.)    Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return/exchange is due to an error on the part of PennStateClothes.com. All exchange items will receive free complimentary shipping of the new item back to the customer.

3.)    All Returns and Exchanges must be postmarked within 90 days from the date of receipt. 

4.)    All products must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags and in their original packaging (if applicable). We will not return or exchange items that appear to be worn, washed, or missing its original packaging.

 

In-Store Purchases- Steps for Returning/Exchanging

  2. Enclose the Return form and a copy of your receipt with the package, and mail it back to our downtown State College address listed below.

  3. Once the package has been sent, please allow PennStateClothes.com 1-3 weeks for us to receive and process the return.

 

In-Store Purchase Return Policy

1.)    The customer is responsible for return shipping and may choose any shipping method back to our store location.

2.)    Returns cannot be processed without a copy of the original invoice/receipt and a completed PennStateClothes.com Return/Exchange Form.

6.)    When returning merchandise, we suggest selecting a shipping method that provides a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation. Keep a copy of these details for your records. PennStateClothes.com is not responsible for any lost returns for which proof of delivery cannot be provided.
