Free Shipping Terms and Conditions

We heard our customers loud and clear! The shipping charge will be removed automatically for the Economy shipping method once the total of your products reaches $50.

  • No coupon required to receive free Economy shipping.
  • Free shipping applies to the Economy shipping method ONLY. Express Flex, Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, Next Day, and International do not qualify for free shipping.
  • An order's subtotal must reach $50 for the free shipping to apply.
  • Free shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping charges will be added to orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
  • Military ship-to addresses Do Not qualify for free shipping.
  • Shipping charges will not be retroactively discounted.


Returning/Exchanging Merchandise Policy

1.) The customer is responsible for return shipping and may choose any shipping method back to our store location.

2.) Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return/exchange is due to an error on the part of PennStateClothes.com.

3.) All Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of receipt. All returns postmarked between 31-90 days from the date of receipt will receive store credit towards an exchange or future purchase(s).

4.) All products must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags and in their original packaging. We will not return or exchange items that appear to be worn, washed, or missing its original packaging.

5.) When returning merchandise, we suggest selecting a shipping method that provides a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation. Keep a copy of these details for your records. PennStateClothes.com is not responsible for any lost returns for which proof of delivery cannot be provided.

6.) Returns cannot be processed without a copy of the original invoice/receipt and a completed PennStateClothes.com Return/Exchange Form.

In-Store Pick Up/Curb Side Pick Up at our Downtown Location

As an added convenience, we also offer a "Curb Side/In Store Pick Up" option for those of you who will be in town and wish to save on shipping. We will hold your order at our store for 14 days to be picked up. If you do not pick up your order within the 14 days, we will cancel your order and return your merchandise. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you at 352 East College Avenue, State College, PA 16801. Please follow the directions below for your and our staff's safety.

  • You will receive two (2) e-mails for us. The first email is your confirmation email that states your order was received. This DOES NOT mean your order is ready for pick up. The second email will let you know that your order is ready for pick-up and will include instructions on how to proceed.
  • Pull up near our store (within 1 block of The Family Clothesline). 
  • Call (888)237-1946 with a description of the vehicle you are driving (make, model, color, etc).
  • Orders placed online with this service on Friday (after 2pm) through Sunday will not be processed until Monday.
